Hello all,
Via the ALCTS listservs, we have been given the OK to share the news that Keri Cascio will be the next ALCTS Executive Director starting in January. As current Chair of the Acquisitions Section, I wanted to share it here on the AcqNet list. It is hard to imagine Charles Wilt's retirement, as he has been such a great guide, resource, colleague and friend to so many of us. Keri is a wonderful choice to fill those shoes, however, with her active involvement in numerous ALCTS activities and her engaged enthusiasm overall.

Please see the attached press release for more information. Congratulations, Keri!

With regards,
Lisa

Good Afternoon Everyone,

It is my very distinct pleasure to announce that Keri Cascio will be the next ALCTS Executive Director.

See the attached announcement from Mary Ghikas, Senior Association Executive Director, ALA.

Keri's start date will be January 12th, which will give she and I lots of time for a smooth transition.

Thank you to the search committee, chaired by Brian Schottlaender, for their hard work.

Sincerely,

Charles
