I would be interested in others' thoughts on this subject, too.

California College of the Arts will be online only this fall and we
certainly don't have online access to many of the physical resources in our
libraries but at this moment we are not planning a mailing service, because
of the complexities around it, including pandemic-slowed USPS mailing
service.
