Position Announcement: Head of Collection Management (University of Arkansas
for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, AR)

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Library invites
applicants for the position of Head of Collection Management.  This position
represents a key opportunity to steward an integrated collection services
philosophy across the library and to lead, shape, and collaborate with the
staff and librarians engaged in selecting, acquiring, preserving, and making
accessible scholarly resources for the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences Library. The collection portfolio is developed in support of
biomedical research, clinical care, and academic medical education. The Head
of Collection Management is a 12-month, non-tenure track faculty position with
opportunities for promotion.  Rank and salary will reflect the qualifications
