Awards, Grants, etc. that will only accept h-index from WoS?

Have any of you run into applications that explicitly require WoS to be used to get h-indices and won’t accept them from other sources (from Scopus, for example)? I have heard this from a number of faculty, but when I ask for examples, nothing definite is forthcoming. I realize WoS may be preferred (or even written into guidelines) due to its ubiquity and familiarity among scholars, but I’m looking for examples of where it is required.
