I would expect "educational pricing" to include PPR - that's kind of the
point of that phrase.
But it's still gouging, although if it were actually a multi-volume/disc
set, there might be some justification. But if it's literally a single
video (not just a single title), and not in a field where there's expected
to be lots of money floating around (medicine, law, MBA), it's outrageous
yes.
