I don’t believe one would need to be fluent in the language to confirm the contact information. You are welcome to give it a try. I will send you more information.
Since you mention Spanish, the current list actually does not include Central and South American book dealers. I have recently received a request to consider adding book dealers from that region. If you, or anyone reading this message, would like to add contact information for book dealers that you use in that region we can expand this project.
