music cd's

Hello all,

I am a collection development librarian in a public library.  Is there a
public library system that has stopped purchasing physical music cd's without
having a streaming service to take the place?

We are noticing a dramatic change in our circulation of music cd's and are
looking at options for a future phase out of the physical material.
