Our off-site storage is another building on the University campus that we
share storage with archaeology. But the building
is at the far end of campus, perhaps closer to two miles from our reading
room. We've had no problem with bringing materials
back from that building for students for their 'next day' research. Some
of the collections kept there are simply too bulky for
our library storage areas but are major collections worth keeping.
