Sources for acquiring non-English materials? (non-European languages)

I'm working with a hospital which wants to build a small collection in
their waiting room for families, in languages they see frequently.  They
serve a lot of refugee families from various places.  I don't have any
regular vendors for (and no experience in acquiring) materials in languages
other than the usual European suspects...

I am hoping this group can share their favorite venues to purchase
non-academic material in non-European languages.  Or resources I can pass
along to these folks....they'll be the ones doing the purchasing, since
they have the grant!  It's possible they will want some sort of selection
help, as well, if a vendor will provide that.
She mentioned specifically they are looking for materials in Dari, Pashto,
Arabic, Nepali, and a few others...

I did find the Foreign Book Dealer Directory
