Similarly, we use the folder feature in GOBI (EBSCO). I suspect we’d be using Box for a shared spreadsheet. We need to build another big item wish list - we’re due.

Librarians use the folder feature in OASIS, tool from our primary vendor Coutts.
Larger one-time purchase wishes are maintained in a shared Google spreadsheet. We also maintain a 2nd one for subscription items.
