The ALCTS Continuing Education Committee invites webinar proposals for the
2017-2018 season. If you have had a good experience giving an in-person
presentation at a conference or would like to report on a project in which
you are involved as part of your daily work, please consider submitting a
webinar proposal <http://alctsprogram.wufoo.com/forms/p7x3x5/>.

In June 2008, Trisha Davis, Julia Gammon, and Karen Wetzel presented ALCTS’
first webinar, “Demystifying Library Standards.” Since then, well over 100
webinars <http://www.ala.org/alcts/confevents/past/webinar> covering a
wide-range of topics have been offered.

For information on developing a webinar you may find the FAQ
<http://www.ala.org/alcts/confevents/upcoming/webinar/faq> and the video “How
to Present a Webinar
<http://alcts.ala.org/ce/howto_webinar_october212009.wmv>” to be helpful.

For more details about the webinar program, if you have questions about
developing an ALCTS webinar, or wish to suggest a topic or a speaker,
please contact Pamela Bluh <pbluh_at_icloud.com> or Maria Pinkas
<mpinkas_at_hshsl.umaryland.edu> on the ALCTS Continuing Education Committee.
