Dear colleagues,
The IDS Project's 13th Annual Summer Conference is July 27th and 28th, at
SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY. This year's conference theme is
“Steering the Future, Together.” Approximately 200 attendees are
expected.
The IDS Project Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals for
conference presentations and posters. In particular, IDS Project is looking
for proposals focusing on:
- Resource Sharing Best Practices
- Combination of Acquisitions, Collection Development, and ILL
- ILL Statistics, Data Analysis, & Data Driven Decision Making
- Best Practices for Large-Scale Weeding
- Development & Uses of ILLiad Addons
- ILL Efficiency and Productivity
- Experiences with Tipasa at your Library
- Succession Planning, Staff Training and Best Practices
- Assessment of Resource Sharing Policies, Procedures, and Systems
- Effective Software Development and Implementation Techniques
- Sustainable ILL & green practices
- ILL Copyright, Fair Use, Licensing, and Open Access
*Deadline for proposals is Friday, May 19th, 2017.*
Please submit a brief overview (less than 200 words) of your presentation
or poster to http://www.idsproject.org/conferences/2017/proposals.aspx.
