Hi folks,

{Apologies for cross-posting and for the slightly out of scope nature of 
this query.}

A faculty member has asked if anyone in the library has expertise in 
"partnership publishing", which apparently is something in between 
traditional publishing and self-publishing. Well, nope, we don't.

It turns out that he especially needs help in distinguishing between 
legitimate houses and scammers. That made me think of Beall's List.
Does anyone know if a similar resource exists for partnership publishers?
