Wichita State starts with cost-per-use as a screening tool. High CPU titles are reviewed before cancelling, with particular attention to accreditation requirements. We also do overlap analysis of full text titles in databases and separate subscriptions; we maintain separate subscriptions only for core titles. Remember to look at standing orders, microforms, and newspapers, too.
