Regional/consortial cooperative CD?

O Collective Wisdom —

Have any of your libraries participated in regional and/or consortial
cooperative collection development projects, either prospectively (to reduce
unnecessary future duplication) or retrospectively (to reduce unnecessary
duplication in existing print collections)?
