Looking for samples of Core Competencies for CD

Hello,
We all know what what we do, but our department is merging (now Collections,
Reference & Instruction) and we need to bring everyone up to speed.

I found the NASIG competencies and searched the colldv-l for "competencies."
Could you please send me links or attachments of your CD/Liaison core competencies.
