ALCTS Webinar: Saying Goodbye to the Electronic Resources Fund
Wednesday, April 9, 2014
All webinar sessions are one hour in length and begin at 11 am Pacific,
12 Mountain, 1 pm Central, and 2 pm Eastern time.
Description
This presentation introduces new concepts and a new way of thinking
about the library budget as more than just a way of spending funds, but
also as a tool for planning and reporting, for both management and
selectors. It will give attendees ideas about restructuring their own
library budgets in ways that will facilitate more accurate tracking of
increases in ongoing expenses, annual reporting for associations'
statistics, as well as better control over budget expenditure throughout
the year.
