Reports for collection development/assessment?

Hello all 

What annual (or other) reports does your library run for collection 
development and assessment purposes? Im referring to circulation, ILL, 
in-house usage, online resources, document delivery, or other collection 
usage reporting. For instance, annual circulation by title, call 
number, and borrower type etc.

Id like to get a sense of the usage data that other libraries are 
gathering.
