assessment, and management of electronic resources, print, and other
collections; analyze, interpret, and report data on collections and

*Minimum Qualifications*: MLS/MLIS/MIS degree from an ALA accredited
program at time of appointment; two years of library acquisitions,
collections development, or other related experience; knowledge of
library automated systems, such as OCLC, SIRSI; effective oral and
written communication skills; ability to work evenings and/or weekends;
working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications.
*Preferred qualifications*: additional advanced degrees; professional
experience in an acquisitions or collections development unit of an
academic library; supervisory experience; experience with SIRSI or other
similar integrated library system; knowledge of online vendor platforms
and other electronic interfaces; an awareness of current issues and
trends in librarianship and potential for scholarly and professional
achievement. Candidates for contract faculty searches must have current
authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Salary up to $49,750 plus excellent benefits.
