PDA and Collections Policies

Colleagues,

I am in the process of revising our library's collection development 
policy and am integrating language on PDA into the policy for this first 
time.  If you have done this, I would be most appreciative if you'd be 
willing to share that language with me.

I should also say that I am most interested in those places that have 
large-scale PDA programs versus libraries that use PDA to supplement 
"traditional" collection development.
