Evaluative resource for international book publishers

Good afternoon,

A colleague has asked whether there is a resource she can use to help evaluate whether particular international book publishers are considered reputable. I'm coming up blank for a recent source for her to use, but it's likely I'm just looking in the wrong spot. Any and all suggestions appreciated.
