  Book donations

Some time ago, a knowledgeable librarian cited a statute that has to do 
with unsolicited book donations.
I could have sworn I saved it to an e-mail folder, but I cannot retrieve 
it.

Does anyone know of this statute?  It has something to do with the 
library's right to dispose of unsolicited donations.
