I work at the State Library of New South Wales. We provide links to a
number of open access repositories via our electronic resources page.
Here's a link to the e-resources page:

http://www2.sl.nsw.gov.au/eresources/

Click Browse Databases, then the Browse button, then Find Database and
type in the one you're after. Above the search box you'll see the page
indicates whether the resources are available publicly, such as the
Hathi Trust etc, or in the library, or with a library card.

Here's a link to our homepage too, in case you want to try searching our
catalogue: http://www.sl.nsw.gov.au/

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Jan Harkin

Subject: CDL: Awareness of OA repositories?

Dear Colldv-l-

I would be interested to learn if and how other libraries are making
users aware of fulltext open access repositories such as Internet
Archive, HathiTrust, etc. Is anyone making any effort to integrate the
resources available on these sites with the library's online catalog or
is this a futile exercise?

I would be happy to learn from others' experience.
