Hello everyone, I am interested in conducting a user survey of our 
browsing periodical collection.

**/PLEASE REPY TO ME OFF-LIST.    I WILL SUMMARIZE AND POST BACK TO THE 
LIST/.**

What method do you use -- paper slip attached to each cover, a master 
list patrons mark what they use, a "please return here" basket with a 
master list staff would mark as reshelving, online master list y/n 
option, etc?

How frequently do you conduct the survey?

How long do you collect data?
