             Dear Colleagues,

I am working on an article for an upcoming issue of the journal/Interlending& Document Supply/ and need your kind assistance.
The article is going to be dealing with how the availability of print on demand, used/out-of-print books on the Internet, patron driven acquisitions
and new eBook plans have affected libraries' buying habits. In order to get a better feel for what folks are doing I have constructed a very short
Survey for which I am asking for your participation. The survey should only take approximately 10-15 minutes. Completing the survey is voluntary
and you may choose to back out at any time by simply closing your browser window. Completing the survey and hitting the submit button signifies
consent to participate. Your responses will be anonymous (no identifying information is collected) and responses will be summarized in aggregate form only.
Results of this survey will be presented at the Charleston Conference.

Please either click or copy this link into your browser to get to the
survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DMYVCM2
Please respond to this survey by Friday, August 19^th .

Many thanks for your help!
