Please join the Business and Reference Services Section (BRASS) of ALA's RUSA (Reference and User Services Association) at the American Library Association's Annual Conference in New Orleans for the 2011 Publisher's Forum:

The panel includes Jon Brandow, Principal, BizMiner [BizMiner database]; Marc Futterman, President/CEO, Civic Technologies [Business Decision database]; Steve Laird, General Manager, InfoGroup [Reference USA database]; and Charles Swartz, PhD, Vice President/Technology, Geographic Research [SimplyMap database]. Speakers will address how their products can be used by entrepreneurs to mine information they can use in starting their businesses.
