Register now for the 12th Interlending and Document Supply (ILDS) Conference to be held September 19 - 21, 2011 in Chicago, USA. A final program with abstracts of papers is available at www.ilds2011.org.
Come to the Windy City to hear how libraries across the globe are creatively sharing their resources to cope with shrinking library budgets, skyrocketing collection costs, and increasingly restrictive copyright laws. Our speakers will describe many cutting-edge projects, from cooperative collection development ventures to shared storage facilities to purchase-on-demand programs. You'll hear about the latest developments in interlibrary loan: new technologies, recent cost studies, sharing digital resources, and strategies for improving transborder ILL. Abstracts for all conference papers are available here.
