Hi Jared,

At Duke we provide the following 5 databases for alumni:

1. ATLA Religion Database
2. EBSCO Academic Search Alumni Edition
3. JSTOR
4. ProQuest ABI/Inform Complete
5. RefWorks

Our access is also mediated by the Alumni Association Access. More information is
available here:

Alumni access to databases
From: "Ingersoll, Jared" <jared.ingersoll_at_Vanderbilt.Edu>

All,

I am investigating alumni access to database services. Our campus alumni relations office
opened the discussion with direct reference to ProQuest and I will be grateful for any
direct experience on that front. I would also like to ask more broadly about costs,
licensing complications and any other issues that may arise in entertaining such a
proposition.

I will be glad to receive information off-list and return a summary to the list at the end
of next week.

Many thanks in advance!
