> General Description:*
> This position holds a three year term appointment in the Collection

> *Qualifications:*
> Required: ALA-accredited MLS or international equivalent; demonstrated 
> experience with electronic resources; demonstrated commitment to

> faculty; and demonstrated strong written, oral communications, and 
> teaching skills. Pre-employment background checks are required.
> Preferred: Collection management experience in an academic library.

> *Salary/Rank:
> *Salary and rank commensurate with credentials and experience. 
> Applicants with an ALA-accredited MLS or international equivalent 
> degree will be considered for the rank of Instructor. Applicants with 
> a second graduate degree in addition to the ALA accredited MLS or 
> international equivalent degree will be considered for the rank of 
> Assistant Professor.

> Rod Library has a collection of 986,920 bound volumes, 820,900 
> microforms, 568,000 documents, 41,450 maps, 23,360 sound and video 
> recordings, 2,035 active print periodical subscriptions, and 1,225
