Subject  	Gift policies- survey

Dear Colleagues,

You are invited to participate in an online survey about gift and donation
acceptance policies. The survey seeks to determine the value of a library having
a gift policy and if the costs involved in processing gifts are worth the value
of the gifts. The results of this survey are intended to be used for publication.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.  You will not be asked to
provide any details that would identify you or your institution. 

This survey has been granted approval by Long Island University Institutional
Review Board.  Questions about the survey or the study can be directed to
rosemary.burgos-mira_at_liu.edu
