You may respond directly to me at: <dbrown_at_gmu.edu>. I will summarize the
results and post
them to the listserv.

George Mason University Libraries are planning on selecting an ebook
platform in the near future. I am evaluating platforms such as ebrary,
MyiLibrary, and EBL and am looking to find information on other library
experiences with these databases in regard to several categories besides
functionality. If you've purchased or have experience with any of these
products I would appreciate it very much if you could please respond to
the following questions:

What is the quality of customer service?
What is the quality of technical support?
Is the platform reliable?
How much down time have you experienced?
How quickly do they update material?

Any other comments regarding working with ebook platforms are welcome.
