> 4. Experience with integrated library systems and the
> application of technology to enhance effectiveness in

> 5. Extensive knowledge and understanding of best practices,

> 6. Demonstrated understanding of academic teaching and

> 7. Ability to view issues from a broad library-wide perspective.
