> MLS degree from ALA-accredited library school with 5 years relevant

> sciences and understanding of the mission of a liberal arts college.
> Supervisory and training experience with knowledge of scholarly
> communication and library trends in copyright and licensing. Knowledge
> of the publishing market, electronic service providers, serials
> vendors and binding and preservation practices. Expertise in
> accounting practices and systems. Demonstrated excellent oral and
> written communication skills. Experience with online integrated
> bibliographic systems and bibliographic utilities. Familiarity with
