In addition to LJ's annual periodicals price survey (v. 132, no.7, 2007), you can:
(1) see Swets for the "Serials Price Increases" reports.

(2) see "Serials Price Projections and Cost History" reports from Ebsco.

(3) contact any other vendors your library uses to obtain serials (e.g., Harrassowitz will reply via an email report).
