> *EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES PREFERRED:*

> management skills. A second master’s degree in American history is
> highly desirable in candidates with the MLS. Knowledge of preservation
> theories and procedures and supervisory experience are desirable.
