I believe that Miriam Nelson's book has exercises that can be done
from a wheelchair.
Most, if not all, of her books start with the words "Strong Women".
Miriam is a PhD at Tufts University and has done extensive research on
strength training to enhance bone health, particularly in the elderly.
She may have published some articles as well that would talk about
exercising from a wheelchair.
