CDL-List of questions for vendors (Response)

Dear Catherine:  For a short list of checklists of questions to be asked of 
vendors, see the LIBLICENSE Web site, under the "bibliography" link. At the 
end of that there is a brief "checklists" section, followed by a 
"principles" section.  I haven't been able to get to the ALPSP site for a 
few days now but the other checklist links work.  Hope they're helpful.
