Dear Colleagues,
I am a librarian at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. My colleague,
Victor Oliva, and I are conducting research on attitudes of librarians towards
subject specialization and inter-disciplinary cross training. We*re
conducting a survey for our research and are asking for your participation if
you are a librarian at a small to medium size academic institution and provide
any type of reference desk service. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to
complete and can be accessed by clicking on the link below or, if it does not
connect, by cutting and pasting the link to your browser. The survey is
anonymous, and all results will be analyzed and reported in the aggregate. We
will have the survey available until June 3, 2007. Thanks in advance to all
