Good afternoon international librarians,

I am a Vietnamese librarian and I am working for The University of 
Danang Learning
ang Information Resources Center, Vietnam. We are currently planning 
for developing a 
local cultural collection for future use at our LIRC. I am looking 
forward to learning your/ your institution's experience on such a 
collection development relating to: policies, standards, content 
management, technology for digitization, etc.
