Subject: collecting books in Arabic

The library is trying to support new courses that include material in Arabic,
but acquiring these materials is proving to be a challenge. Does anyone know of
or use a reliable academic Arabic language bookstore or vendor?

Could I ask to send responses to the entire list? We are in the same
situation. Thank you very much.

Our library has been using Leila Books for Arabic materials for
approximately 3 years. We have an approval plan as well as firm and
standing orders with them. Their service is excellent.

The University of Southern California has recently developed a very
successful relationship with:

During the recent conflict in Lebanon the proprietor personally drove a
large shipment of materials for us from Beirut to Jordan for air shipping
as the Beirut airport was obviously not an option.
