Thanks so much to everyone who shared their libraries' practices as 
concerns circulation of student theses. Though there are slightly 
different approaches we might take, it seems very clear what we need 
to do, and thanks to those of you on the list who were willing to take 
time to answer my call, I can tell my colleagues what LOTS of other 
libraries are doing. You've helped me make my argument that we should 
be valuing these student papers more highly.

I really appreciate everyone taking the time to respond. Thanks very much!
