Hello,

I am conducting a survey on policies and guidelines written to guide 
print cancellation decisions for journals subscribed to in both print 
and electronic formats. The data collected from this survey will be 
used in a presentation on the topic of guidelines written to guide 
print cancellation decisions for journals subscribed to in both print 
and electronic formats. The survey is straightforward and should not
