From: Wai Ling CHAN <Wai_Ling_CHAN_at_nlb.gov.sg>
I'm a librarian in one of the public libraries in Singapore, and am doing a
project on collection quality.
Was wondering if there is such a thing as a specific Collection Quality
Index in existence anywhere in the world.....
bascially what I'm looking for is something that we can use to measure the
quality of public library collections,
i.e., the index can take into consideration fulfilment, timeliness,
comprehensiveness etc.?
Thanks in advance for any information.
