CDL- Collection from Masters to Doctorate, how to accomplish

I'd be interested in talking with folks who have taken a program from a 
masters level to a doctorate level.  We're particularly interested in 
moving the collection to support the Masters of Education to the Doctorate 
of Education, but if your experience is in a different field of study, I'd 
still appreciate some feedback as to how you determined what would be 
appropriate measures to take in the collection.
