  Our Library, too, is working toward a reallocation of the entire 
collection
  budget and would like information from other university libraries 
which have
  recently undertaken such a project. I sent out this request in a 
message in
  December, I think, but received no replies. I'm hoping it just got 
lost in
  the end of semester rush.

  We are particularly interested in methods used to get faculty buy-in 
for a
  project with potential for serious on-campus "political" 
ramifications. We
  would specifically like to find out about outside consultants 
available for
  such a project.
