Dear Everybody,
The City College of New York has an online
resource which may be helpful as we come up to
Martin Luther King Day and Black History Month.
The site is called "Black Studies" and can be
found at:
http://origin.admin.ccny.cuny.edu/library/blacks.html
Currently there are resources in 51 subject
categories including Abolition, Civil Rights,
The Freedman's Bureau, the Harlem Renaissance,
Horseracing, Literature & Writing, Martin Luther
King Jr., the Montgomery Bus Boycott, Slave
Narratives, Statistics, Theatre, Tuskegee Airmen
and the Underground Railroad.
I hope these resources will be of interest.
Kind regards,
Grace-Ellen McCrann
