Does anyone receive electronic alerts or e-forms for French monographs?

Per their web site it looks like Aux Amateur will FTP forms only.
We've not received replies from either them or Touzot. And, thus far
European Book Center has agreed to do paper forms, but has not sent
profile selection forms or general information. My assumption is that
they do not do electronic forms or orders. Also, are folks still
experiencing low response rates from Touzot?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

  Greetings,

I get electronic alerts from Chapitre.com on a very regular basis. It
started with our inquiring about and eventually purchasing a title.
They have some good classic French lit., art monographs and other
stuff, so we don't mind.
