Dear List Members,
In the interests of full disclosure, I am a newly minted MSLS pulling
together a job talk for a collection development position at a small
college (approximately 4,500 undergraduates). The topic is
unassigned, but given this institution's specific concerns, I am
interested in presenting them with a talk about the ways that academic
libraries have involved non-library faculty in the adoption and
development of approval plans.
I would be interested in hearing about any list member's experiences,
cautions, and advice with regard to this topic.
