Hi,

I'm a library student at Dalhousie University.  I'm currently working 
on a project for a Collections Management course which asks us to 
develop a collection proposal for a specific area in any library.  I 
will be developing a children's fiction collection for an academic 
library, and was wondering if anyone had a collections policy dealing 
specifically with children's literature that they could share with me. 
  We are allowed to use ready-made policies, as long as they fit (or 
can be adapted to) our collection area.  If anyone on the list has a 
policy that they wouldn't mind sharing, please contact me off-list at
