CDL-Percentages of Monographs and of Serials in Academic Disciplines

Can anyone please refer me to literature providing the percentage of
monographs and the percentage of periodicals in academic library collections
for each of the academic disciplines, e.g., the humanities (English,
philosophy, etc.), the social sciences (anthropology, psychology, sociology,
etc.), the hard sciences (biology, mathematics, physics, etc.), and the
health sciences?

We would like to provide these data in our collection development policy.
